019: Oaths and Alliances

My goal for this story is daily updates! Or at least as close to that as I can manage going forward. This means one chapter a day, which is better than the three on the weekend I have been giving you. I am sorry that I have been so slow with updates. My day job will be slowing down considerably in about two weeks, giving me more time to write.
Small warning, once this story hits 30K words, I will be applying for pay-to-read. All of you who have been reading this story from the beginning will have had the first look at many of these chapters which will then only be available if you pay for them. To make it match the other two apps that publish my work, it will be locked after chapter 6 (so chapters 7 and onward). I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
