Turn down my advances

My apologies for the late update. As some of you may have known, as I have updated in my face book early this week, that I had a busy time with my kids. I had started to write as soon as I was free, but then I got writer's block. I, too, was struggling with this story because the characters would not want to cooperate with me. It seemed like a joke, but it's true. Anyway, I would like to hear your thoughts on this chapter. Alya was rejected. But she stayed.
