ABOUT ME
My name is Smith F.G, professionally known as FOLLYGEE. I am a Nigerian multidisciplinary artist, entertainer, writer, fashion creative, entrepreneur, and mother. My passion lies in creativity, storytelling, entertainment, fashion, technology, and building ideas that can make a meaningful impact.
I have a background in Sociology, which has strengthened my understanding of people, society, culture, relationships, and human behaviour. At the same time, I have always been deeply connected to the arts. I am passionate about acting, singing, dancing, rapping, modelling, drawing, painting, fashion design, and writing. I believe I do not have to choose only one creative path because each of these talents represents a different part of who I am.
Storytelling is particularly important to me. I create stories with the hope that they can eventually grow beyond books into drama shorts, films, television series, and other forms of entertainment. Music is another major part of my creative journey, and I enjoy exploring different sounds and genres while developing my own artistic identity.
I am also building MAY, my fashion brand, with a vision of creating distinctive and accessible fashion for people from different ages, backgrounds, body types, and lifestyles. Beyond fashion and entertainment, I am interested in technology, digital connectivity, entrepreneurship, and the digital economy, with ideas such as So Meet and MYTRIX forming part of my broader vision.
My mission is to use creativity, storytelling, entertainment, fashion, technology, and entrepreneurship to inspire people, create opportunities, connect communities, and encourage others to pursue their own talents.
My long-term vision is to build a creative and business ecosystem where entertainment, fashion, technology, media, and entrepreneurship can exist together. I want to create not only for myself, but also platforms and opportunities through which other talented people can grow.
As a mother, I also want to build a future that demonstrates that motherhood, education, creativity, ambition, and entrepreneurship can coexist. I am still learning, developing, and discovering the full extent of what I can become.
I am FOLLYGEE—an artist, storyteller, performer, designer, entrepreneur, mother, and dreamer. Above all, I am a builder, and I am determined to turn my ideas into work that can entertain, inspire, create opportunities, and leave a lasting legacy.
